Job Overview
We specialize in video screens for live events. The Warehouse Manager for will oversee and manage all operational aspects of the Nashville warehouse including the different departments of LED QC, LED repair, inbound / outbound, subrentals, local trucking for deliveries / pick ups.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of LED / AV warehouse
- Ability to work in a fast-paced constantly changing environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills / ability to work well with people
- Create and implement policies and procedures to maximize accuracy and efficiency in different departments as related to LED and LED accessories
- Work closely with CA and Vegas management to coordinate upcoming jobs, and keep an open line of communication
- Work closely with warehouse departments: LED QC, LED repair, inbound / outbound, subrentals, local trucking for deliveries / pick ups.
- Daily meetings with warehouse department to ensure proper allocation of gear / transfers and review completion of outbound and inbound orders
- Be available to provide occasional on-call availability when needed
- Oversee special projects such as building maintenance
- Ensure proper vehicle maintenance, repairs and cleaning
- Provide constructive feedback and offer suggestions or solutions to inefficiencies and issues that should arise
Qualifications
- 5+ years in the LED / AV industry – Live Event
- 5+ of operations management required
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of R2 Asset Management Software is a plus
- Strongly skilled in leadership, mentoring and developing people
- Structured and organized to define roles and responsibilities
Additional Requirements
Occasional night and weekend coverage is required as well as occasionally being on-call. Being on-call requires, at minimum, to be available by phone by way of direct contact or through our answering service to assist Matrix staff and/or customers with after-hours issues. This may also include reporting to the warehouse, if needed, to resolve the issue.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
