RECEPTIONIST / ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Job Description: An easygoing and organized person who can handle answering phone calls and assisting office staff
• Greet customers and handle multiple phone lines
• Clerical work with excel, power point, and word
• Building presentation materials for office meetings and client presentations
• Data entry into our CRM software
• Assist sales team and project managers with various tasks
• Update project calendar
• General clerical duties to include: creating excel sheets, data entry, taking phone messages, answering and returning phone calls, assisting sales team
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment by leveraging strong multi-tasking, time management, and interpersonal skills
• Fast learner, eager to learn
• Able to meet deadlines.
• Extreme attention to detail.
• Highly organized, self-motivated and independent
• Knowledge of AV / video production / live events industry is a plus
• Prior office coordinator/clerical work experience
• Basic Microsoft Office: Excel and Word
• Must be willing to help other office departments when needed
Pay:$13 per hour, Full Time
